As per registered Scheme (Constitution) of the Trust, Honourable Governor of Maharashtra is the patron-in-Chief. Executive General Body of the Trust comprises of 12 Ex-officio Member-cum-Trustees including the Chairman and up to 12 Veteran Officer as Executive Members. Out of the above, all 12 Ex-Officio Members and upto 8 Veteran Officers form the Board of Trustees under the Chairman. Routine functioning is controlled and monitored by Board of Trustees comprising these 12 Ex-Officio and up to 8 Elected Trustees. General Officer Commanding (GOC) Dakshin Maharashtra & Goa Sub Area is Ex-Officio Chairman of the Trust. The day to day affairs are conducted by CEO and Dean / Dy CEO who are retired defence service officers.
