Alumni Day 2025

10th Alumni Meet of Disabled Soldier Students of QMTI:
A Celebration of Resilience and Inspiration.
The 10th Alumni Meet of disabled soldier students of Queen Mary’s Technical Institute (QMTI), Pune, was a remarkable and heartwarming event that brought together ex-students from various parts of India. The gathering was an inspiring platform where former students shared their success stories and life experiences, motivating the current batch of students to aspire for greater achievements in life.

Alumni Day 2025

The first session of the event was presided over by Col. Vasant Ballewar -Dean QMTI. The opening address was delivered by Col. Rahul Bali -CEO QMTI.
The presence of Naik Deep Chand and his motivational speech and experience enthralled the new students and enthused them with inspiration and spirit of living.
The speech delivered NK- Deep Chand (Retd), N/Sub- Sandip Lende (Retd), N/Sub- Suman Lal Dharam (Retd), Hav- Sachin Athare (Retd), Hav- Jalinder Kudekar (Retd), Hav- Dilip Bawankule (Retd), Nk- Sainath Pol (Retd), Sep-Anil Kachi (Retd), Mr. Santosh Gaikwad, Mr. Sachin Patil And Mr Rajendra Jadhav gave insite to entrepreneurship and tips to succeed in business and seeking jobs in Corporate and Public Sector.

Alumni Day 2025

The second session, held after lunch, where civil dignitaries were invited. Dr Milind Bhoi, President of Bhoi Foundation, Chief Guest, Dr Mahanand Mane, Dean, Agriculture College, Pune and Dr Prashant Dhakephalakar, Director Agarkar Institute Pune where the guest of honors delivered an inspirational and deeply motivational address to the soldiers. The closing remark was given by Col (Dr) Vasant Ballewar (Retd), Dean & Dy CEO QMTI.

Alumni Day 2025

The event concluded with a vibrant cultural program, thoughtfully organized by the children and families of the QMTI student soldiers. Their performances added a joyful and familial touch to the alumni meet, leaving everyone with cherished memories of this inspiring day. The 10th Alumni Meet truly reflected the spirit of QMTI’s mission – empowering disabled soldiers to lead a self-reliant and respectable life, and fostering a sense of camaraderie and inspiration among its students and alumni.
