As per registered Scheme (Constitution) of the Trust the Honourable Governor of Maharashtra is the Patron-in-Chief. Executive General Body of the Trust comprises 12 Ex-officio Member-cum-Trustees and with a total of 23 Executive Members, serving and retired defence service officers respectively. Out of 23 Members, 08 are elected as Trustees. Routine functioning is controlled and monitored by Board of Trustees comprising these 12 ex-officio and eight elected trustees. General Officer Commanding (GOC) Dakshin Maharashtra & Goa Sub Area is Ex-officio Chairman of the Trust. The day to day affairs are conducted by CEO and Dean / Dy CEO who are retired defense service officers.
